Are all the products on your website CG approved?

Yes, at Curlsfusion we do extensive research on all our products to make sure they do not contain any harsh chemicals, drying alcohols, silicones or sulfates that will damage your hair. Even if you do not have curly hair, we still highly recommend everyone to avoid these harsh ingredients.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver daily to the UAE and GCC. We are excited to announce that we have started delivering to some popular international zones.

Due to high demand, we are working on expanding deliveries to more locations. If your country is not listed and you want to make an order, please feel free to email or message us on Instagram and we may be able to arrange special delivery for you.

What is the Mystery Box?

The Mystery Box is specially designed for you to explore and try new products. Trying new products can be daunting, especially as we like to stick to what we know. At Curlsfusion, we do our best to customise the box to your hair needs. The thrill of not knowing what will be inside your box is so fun!

Do you customise the Mystery Box for different hair types?

Yes! We usually get in touch with those who order the Mystery Box, and do our best to match products according to porosity, hydration, areas of concern, frizziness and hair type. 

What is the difference between the two Fusion Boxes?

The Mystery Box contains between 4-5 essential items to enhance your natural curls. The GET, SET, CURLS Box includes EVERYTHING you need to begin your CGM journey. If you are starting from scratch, we highly recommend the GET, SET, CURLS Fusion Box as this will save you a lot of money and time! 

How long will my order take to get to me?

Shipping varies depending on where you are ordering to.

We offer same day or next day delivery for Dubai orders.

1-2 days for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and other Emirates.

2-5 days for GCC and International 

I need to amend my order, how do I do this?

Please use our online web chat or DM us on Instagram and we will advise you on what to do! Don't worry, amending orders is easy and hassle free!

Will you be getting more stock?

If something that you want is out of stock, please let us know! At Curlsfusion we try our best to restock as soon as possible so the items you want may already be on the way! 

Can you help me pick products?

We understand that shopping for new products can be overwhelming! We have tried our best to make our website easy enough to find what you are looking for but if you need further advice feel free to use our online web chat or DM us on Instagram (we typically reply within minutes)

Why does the styling session say 150 AED but then 500 AED in the description?

In order to book and confirm your styling session slot, you are required to pay a deposit of 150 AED. You will be asked to pay the remainder on upon arrival on the day of your appointment. 

Can I amend or cancel my styling session appointment?

Yes but please note that deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your appointment. If you wish to amend/cancel your appointment this must be done 48 hours before. 

I can't seem to find availability on the website, please can I book in ASAP?

The 1-1 styling sessions with Fatma are in very high demand and this may mean that styling sessions are booked for the next month or so. If you would like a styling session sooner, please book the next available slot and DM us to be put on the waiting list. 

Can I come in for a face to face consultation?

Unfortunately we do not offer face to face consultations only due to high demand but we do offer FREE online consultations via instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp. We try to mirror a face to face consultation as much as possible so that you are not missing out! 

Please note that consultations ARE included in your 1-1 styling session.
