Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can. However, due to the factors involved with international shipping, we have a specific cancellation policy for international orders.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and we are unable to make any changes to it.
- Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order as we will have already started processing it
- Please note that once an item has been shipped internationally and is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after delivery.
- In the event that you do not receive your item due to loss or theft, we recommend that you contact your local postal service or customs authority to request further information or assistance. Curlsfusion will not be held liable for any loss or theft after delivery.
